Tainted Soul

Tainted Soul Ability: Glazing (Turn things/objects/living things into glass)
Tainted Soul Origin: When her mother was away for some reason, she would ask for a friendly demon to take care of little Maris Stella and they became friends as time went by. One day, afraid that someone bad would take his soul away for all the wrong reasons the demon killed himself in front of the little girl so his soul went to her.
Weaknesses: Magical items cannot be turned into glass not even for a second. Humans and animals can only become glass for a certain period of time (never for more than 15min). Because of the TS her body is more fragile now. A normal bruise hurts more and her bones can break more easily than a regular person.

Personal History

Hometown: She was actually born in Paloka, but since her father disappeared shortly after she was born, her mother took her back to Ashlan where she has lived since forever, so she thinks she was born there, not in Paloka.
Occupation: She is a florist like all women in her family
Personality: She is not as cute as she looks. Maris Stella is pretty sarcastic when she wants to and doesn't care about most people, since she thinks almost everyone is mean and selfish. She pretends to be innocent to stay out of trouble. But she is kind and sweet to the ones she considers as her friends and get nervous/anxious easily.
History: Since she was 7 her mother kinda of forced her to help her on the flower shop and gardening. She quickly grew to love it. She never really had many friends, specially after her bestfriend at that time betrayed her, almost causing her death. After that incident Maris Stella refused to belive in everyone but her mother and the demon that babysitted her.
The day she got the Tainted Soul came three years later when she was 9. The image of her only true friend dying right in front of her haunts Maris until today. Her mother, Sapphire, couldn't possibly leave the child alone, but if she did there would be no money to the family and let them starve to death was so not an option, so Maris Stella was forced to take care of herself since that day and is very obidient to her mother ever since (only to the things she consider it to be logical).
Time went by peacefuly to her and her mother. Days fell into a boring routine of taking care of the shop, gardening and sewing whenever she had free time. When she became 17 she decided to start practicing turning things into glass with her tainted soul. It was easier than it seemed to be, but hard at the same time. Recently she left her home since she considered it being way too boring and wanted to know the world she lives in, so now she is wandering around the south/south-east region of Illia.
